You know the estate agent window card routine: a new instruction comes in, you design the card, print it, trim it, then walk over to the window and insert it into the holder, only to have to do it all again when the price drops or the property goes under offer.

There's an easier way. DinoSign is digital signage for estate agents and letting agents: it turns any TV into your window display. Add and update properties from any computer, at any location with an internet connection. Simply plug one of our supplied players into a TV in your window or waiting area, and your latest listings are always on show.

Why replace printed window cards?

  • No printing, no out-of-date cards. Every instruction or price change is just a few clicks away. Update your window display from anywhere!

  • More properties in the same space. A TV running DinoSign can rotate through multiple listings and more, whereas a window only fits so many cards.

  • Works day and night. A bright, animated TV display always draws attention from passers-by, even when you're closed.

  • Makes use of waiting time. Buyers, sellers and tenants in your office can browse your listings while they wait.

Create professional looking digital window cards in minutes with DinoSign

DinoSign includes professionally designed window card templates for property listings, sold and let agreed notices, staff profiles and promotions. Add your logo, pick your colours and fill in your details, and it's ready to send to your TV. No design skills needed.

You can try the templates in our Designer for free. It works on any PC or laptop, with no card needed. If you'd like something bespoke, we offer a design service, so use our enquiry form and tell us what you're after.

Show more than just properties with DinoSign

Not just for the window. A DinoSign-connected TV can go in your waiting area or meeting rooms too. Here are just a few of the things you can display in the window or anywhere else:

  • "Just listed", "Reduced", "Sold" and "Let agreed" notices

  • Sales and lettings side by side

  • A welcome message for visitors

  • Staff profiles, so clients know who they're meeting

  • Customer reviews and awards

  • Your valuation offer and landlord services

  • The day's appointments on a meeting room screen

How does DinoSign work and what do I need?

All you need is a TV and a DinoSign player and plan Bundle. These bundles start at £199 for your first year, this includes a Fire TV Stick and a 1-year plan. It's ideal for a waiting area, where staff are close by to reopen the DinoSign app if the stick is ever powered down. For a window display, we recommend the £349 package, also with a 1-year plan, which comes with our DinoSign HD player. It switches itself on and starts playing without anyone touching it, so your display is ready when you open, even after a power cut. The HD player suits a waiting area too. If your window gets a lot of sun, see below.

Renewing costs £189 per year on either package, and plans never auto-renew. You can buy either package on our pricing page.

Once you have your bundle, setup is as follows:

  1. Plug the supplied player into any TV and follow a quick one-time setup process.

  2. Pick one of our professional window card templates, add your property details and images, then click "Send to TV" and your TV refreshes straight away.

Is your window too sunny for a standard TV?

Direct sun can make a standard TV unreadable from the street. For a bright window, a high-brightness pro signage display is recommended. We can supply these too, delivered straight to you from our supplier. Use our enquiry form to tell us about your window and what you need, and we'll take it from there.
