DINOSIGN HD PLAYER SETUP GUIDE

Connect to Wi-Fi (Wireless)

STEP 1

Power on your Player

To begin the setup, power on your DinoSign player by switching it on at the wall socket or connecting the USB-C power cable. Before proceeding, ensure you have followed the device setup guide. A small green LED on the back of the device will light up to indicate that the player is booting. After the DinoSign logo appears on a blue background, the system will spend approximately five seconds verifying its internet connection. If no connection is detected, the player will automatically display the "Select WiFi Network" screen so you can begin the wireless setup.

STEP 2

Select your WiFi network

The "Select WiFi network" screen provides a list of all wireless networks currently in range, with signal strength indicators shown next to each name. If your network does not appear, try moving the player to a different location, as positioning it directly behind a TV can often lead to signal interference.

Use the navigation buttons on the player remote control to highlight your specific network and press the Select/OK button to open the configuration menu.

STEP 3

Enter WiFI password

Using the remote control and the onscreen keyboard, enter your WiFi password exactly as it appears, as the system is case-sensitive. You can use the a->A button to toggle between uppercase and lowercase letters and the #$% button to access special characters.

Once the password is entered, select the OK button at the bottom right of the screen to complete the process. If the connection is successful, the player will verify the internet and move to the device pairing screen.

You will know you have reached the pairing screen when a box containing a 5-character pairing code is displayed in the bottom left corner; at this point, please follow the on-screen instructions to finish your setup.

If your password is entered incorrectly or an internet connection cannot be established, the process will fail and return you to the WiFi selection page. In this event, you will need to repeat the setup from step 2.

Tip: Before attempting to reconnect, it is advisable to confirm that your WiFi and internet are accessible on another device, such as a phone or laptop, to ensure the network is functioning properly.
