Terms & Conditions

After 15 months, a DinoSign Player Plan is required to continue using your digital honours board. Plans start from £15.75 per month.

All displays are shipped directly from our supplier and covered by their returns and warranty policy. DinoSign will liaise with the supplier where possible on your behalf in the event of any issues.

Items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

We cannot accept responsibility for breakages or damage after delivery.

DinoSign cannot accept responsibility for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect or unsafe installation of displays. Professional installation by a qualified AV installer or electrician is strongly recommended.

A WiFi or wired Ethernet connection is required for the DinoSign HD Player to function.

Separate mains plug sockets are required for the display and the DinoSign HD Player.
