Frequently Asked Questions
What TVs are compatible?
All modern TV's and monitors with an HDMI socket are compatible with the Dinosign player. Simply plug it into the HDMI port, power up the player and follow the on screen "How to set up your player" instructions.
How fast do changes update on screen?
The Dinosign Player speaks to our cloud based every 30 seconds. So as long as your device is connected to the internet any chages made in the editor will display on your screen within 30 seconds.
Do I need a subscription?
Yes you do need a Dinosign subscription to use our online editor and to publish to your screen. These start from as low as £20/month. To find out more view our subscription plans are visit - Dinosign pricing plans
Can I use the Dinosign player offline?
With the Dinosign Carnivore and Apex plans you can use the player offline, as the player will cache your slides. With our Herbivore plan the device must remain connected to the internet to receive updates from the dinosign server. Contact us for more information
